Week Six

So after six weeks, I have lost 16.7 pounds. I still have 5 more pounds to loose before I reach my first 10% goal. I haven't been exercising like I initially thought I would. I once saw a plaque: "I'm in no shape to exercise". Sometimes that's the way I feel! But overall, I'm please with my progress thus far and with my (partial) adherence to my goals. So there you have it, a brief update. More to come.
