Week One

I have successfully completed the first week of my weight loss adventure!!! The only other time in my life that I truly "dieted", I followed the Weight Watchers plan and lost 20 pounds. I was motivated and really adhered to the guidelines. Again, I am going with the Weight Watchers. It's not all that difficult...just portion control really. My main goal is to reduce my fat & cholesterol intake (which is a big part of the weight loss). I also believe the reason it is not that difficult for me right now is because I am motivated. I don't know what it is in me, but I can never fully commit to anything. But right now I am motivated, ready to make some small life-style changes. I even took my meds 4 out of 7 days this week! And I exercised 1 day! AMSM, baby steps & all that jazz. All in all, I'm quite please with how Week 1 ended! Go me!
